From the customer’s perspective: its a free book, so if if what they are going to get is not what they want, then toss the book!
From Kensington’s perspective: if the print quality is not good enough, then we need to hear it so we can work with suppliers to calibrate the color corrections
If its a printing error (like mis-calibrated print-heads resulting in funky colors and shadows) then escalate and we will reprint at our cost.
But if its a subjective issue (colors are dark, not bright enough, skin tones too blush etc) then send us their feedback, and we will work with ORWO to inject some color correction process into the workflow.
