Look for that customer’s order
Download the PDF and see if the PDF has same missing pages
Escalate to kensington@support.photobook.ai with the email and orderID
Depending on the error (and if we still have the original photos) we can manually render a new PDF and resend for printing
Else we may have to get user to remake from scratch (ie: create new campaign and launch)

We are so sorry that this happened. Whilst this is incredibly rare, production errors do occur. Please get in touch and we will be sure to have your photobook re-printed and sent out to you as quickly as we can. It will be most appreciated if you can also send photos of the faulty pages to help our partner troubleshoot.
