Help! My computer powered down/restarted unexpectedly midway through my project and I did not save my work. Do I really have to start all over again?

You most certainly do not need to start from scratch. Our photobook software automatically saves your changes every 10 secs, so most of your work will be preserved and any photos already uploaded remains safe with us until the project expires. To get back to editing your photobook, find the original invite email, and click on the link in the email. This will bring you back to your personal project space in our software.
