We auto-save every 10secs or so. Go back to the email, and click the CTA, they should arrive at where the last auto-saved point in the book project. (if project has not expired)
If they have lost the original email, then CS can go to Brevo and find the email that was sent to this email, and resend it from there.

You most certainly do not need to start from scratch. Our photobook software automatically saves your changes every 10 secs, so most of your work will be preserved and any photos already uploaded remains safe with us until the project expires. To get back to editing your photobook, find the original invite email, and click on the link in the email. This will bring you back to your personal project space in our software.
