If this is reported quickly, we might still be able to stop the order from being wrongly labelled and handed over to DHL (which will incur an undeliverability and return-to-sender fee) And since this is coming from Germany, its costly for everyone. It takes about 3-4 business days for an order to be manufactured.

So escalate this to kensington@support.photobook.ai asap with the right address and the order ID or email of the client and we will try to catch it quickly.
