This is not possible. #
Print-on-demand products are able to achieve such low price points despite being a unique “order-of-one” because its all highly automated and no human beings are watching the process from creation to production. There are multiple warnings before the final “Submit for printing”.
The best we can do is to stop the order (at whatever state it is in)
KT can then create a new campaign sheet, import and launch for this user to have a second go at it.
In future, (if this occurs frequently enough) we can create a flow to “increase the entitlement” of that user’s token to a second order, so that he may revisit his project, make changes, then order it again. (currently our software will only allow one order for each email)

Unfortunately not. Once you confirm submission of the book order—meaning you have reached the Confirmation Screen—it is no longer possible to make any changes. This is because each photobook is one-of-a-kind. The process is automated, and the moment you submit, our software generates a printable file in a format required for producing the book. This file is then sent to our fulfilment partner where large commercial printing presses (the size of pickup trucks!) spring into action, printing your photos, cutting pages, and binding and gluing everything together.
