Can I change or cancel my photobook order?

Unfortunately, once you have completed the ordering process—meaning you have reached the Confirmation Screen—we can no longer allow you to cancel your order. This is because each photobook is one-of-a-kind. The process is automated, and the moment you make your payment, our software generates a printable file in a format required for producing the book. This file is then sent to one of several production facilities around the world. At that point, large printing presses the size of a pickup truck spring into action, printing your photos, cutting pages, and binding and gluing everything together.
